Applications of Advanced Statistics and Machine Learning methods in Nuclear Physics
Machine learning and advanced statistics have become crucial components of many stages of the theory-experiment cycle in nuclear physics. In this minisymposium, we present recent efforts – often made in collaboration with statisticians and computer scientists – in which the use of these methods is fundamental.
If you or anyone of your friends who are going to the meeting wants to present on this topic, please encourage them to submit an abstract to this symposium (deadline is July 7).
