And here comes the first announcement of the season!
Heiko is not able to make it to today’s hours, so I will be covering for him in the graduate student lounge at BPS from 1 to 1:55 (I have the thesis support group at 2 pm).

Hello everyone,
I will be on travel from September 8 - 21, so I won’t be available during my normal Tu/Th helpdesk hours during those weeks. I can be reached electronically and will monitor forum posts and messages, but please allow some delay in my response.
Pablo will be available for in-person meetings at his FRIB office on the affected Tuesdays (9/10 and 9/17) from 2-3pm, and Thursdays (9/12 and 9/19) from 1-2pm.

For the next two weeks this is the re-scheduled help desk. Heiko is in travel and Till had some timing issues (he will join me on Monday’s and Friday’s afternoons, but will only come on Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings).
Heiko will be back in two weeks, until then I’ll be covering for him for half of his office hours (I have other commitments on the other halfs).

Hello everyone,
I will be covering Pablo’s helpdesk hours on Monday, Sep 30, but we need to shift the start time from 3 to 4pm. (I plan to be available at least for the originally planned 1.5 hours.)
The tentative location will be BPS1300 - please watch this space for updates in case that room is not available.

By the way, none of us will be able to be at the Help Desk on Friday September 27 (this coming Friday), since we are coordinating an event here at FRIB from 3 to 5.
