Welcome to the Drawing and Cultivating the Talent of All for the APS Global Physics Summit!
This mini-symposium will serve as a platform to present and discuss many of the crucial aspects that play a role in fostering a thriving environment for our physics community, in particular for the development of the workforce. Presentations will address opportunities and challenges on successful mentoring practices, community building and creating a sense of belonging, bridging knowledge gaps for fostering inclusion, and preventing disruptive behaviors, among others.
We envision this forum as a place to share thoughts, resources, and strategies, as well as a way to form alliances to generate community-driven efforts to better prepare a thriving workforce in Physics!
